Have you ever dreamt of sleeping overnight on a sailboat while anchored out at sea? Hooligan Adventures offers an exclusive and very intimate experience where you and your loved ones will be treated to an overnight adventure that you will remember for the rest of your lives.

Departing from the dock in the Paradise Village Marina, we will sail west to Punta Mita and drop anchor in one of the prettiest and calmest anchorages in the bay. You will be brought to shore with our dinghy and choose from a selection of fabulous beach restaurants to eat dinner at (the Capitán’s favorite is “Cabanas” and that’s where he will be heading for his delicious prawn dinner). Please note that the cost of dinner is not included in the price of the tour.

After dinner we will all return to the Hooligan and then gaze at the brilliant stars while sipping on your choice of beverage, listening to music and sharing tales of wild adventures, both past and yet to come.

In the morning the Capitán will serve coffee and breakfast for everyone aboard, and then after a morning dip in the ocean, the anchor will be raised and we will set course back to port.

The Hooligan is a classic French built Beneteau sailboat that is designed for comfort, class and an exceptional sailing ability. Piloted by the Capitán and his crew (his trusty sailing dog), you will experience a sailing adventure that is unlike any other. You can even take the helm and steer the boat for the ultimate rush of being on the water!

Up Close and Personal with Amazing Wildlife and Stunning Coastal Views

There really isn’t a bad time to see whales and dolphins swimming right next to you, and it could be first thing in the morning, or as we break for lunch, or when we are heading back to port in the afternoon. Keep your eyes peeled and be ready to catch the most amazing memories splashing out in front of you while sailing aboard the Hooligan. Of course the whales are seasonal, but all of the other amazing experiences are here all year around.

What Sailing Aboard The Hooligan is like

First things first, safety is our top priority. You will be crewed by a seasoned sailor (and a friendly German Shepherd if you opt in for the pet-friendly experience). The Hooligan is a spacious and very comfortable sailboat that is equipped with safety netting around the entire deck, a swim deck at the stern of the boat to easily climb aboard, and lots of room to enjoy your sail. Down below there is a large galley, two staterooms and two private heads for a complete and very comfortable experience.

All Tours with Hooligan Adventures are always 100% private for your group only. We will never mix and match you up on a tour with other customers that you don’t know, and this is because we want to provide you with the most intimate and exclusive service. We highly encourage you to shop around and find any other tour operator who will provide you with a private sailboat charter for less than Hooligan Adventures, and if you can, we will gladly match or beat their rate!

Children and service animals are always welcome! Our boat is safe for everyone 🙂

Please note when booking this service, the time slot indicates 12:00pm – 7:00pm but this is only because our general hours of operation close at 7:00pm. Rest assured, you will be under our full care for the entire night and until the following afternoon!
