Las Animas Sailing & Beach Tour

Las Animas Sailing & Beach Tour goes to a beautiful, secluded beach that is only accessible by boat.

Your private Las Animas Sailing & Beach Tour will begin by departing from Paradise Village Marina at 10am and cruising due south to Las Animas which takes about 2 hours, and there are great chances of seeing some morning whales (when in season) and dolphins along the way. After tying up to a mooring buoy, everyone will be whisked ashore aboard a panga and the beach party starts as soon as we arrive!

Feel free to roam the beach and explore, swim in the refreshing water, or join the Hooligan crew for a delicious lunch at one of our favorite beach restaurants (El Coral is our #1 pick!). Please note that lunch is not included in the tour, so be sure to bring enough cash to cover any lunch or souvenir shopping that you may want to do.

After lunch and maybe a game of bocci in the sand, we will load everyone back on to one of the pangas and get back on board the Hooligan. Once the anchor is up we will be sailing back towards Paradise Village Marina with one thing on our minds… finding the marine life! The dolphins absolutely love to swim alongside our boat, and if the whales are around, we will definitely be on the lookout for them too!

The Hooligan is a classic French built Beneteau sailboat that is designed for comfort, class and an exceptional sailing ability. Piloted by the Capitán and his crew (his trusty sailing dog), you will experience a sailing adventure that is unlike any other. You can even take the helm and steer the boat for the ultimate rush of being on the water!

Up Close and Personal with Amazing Wildlife and Stunning Coastal Views

There really isn’t a bad time to see whales and dolphins swimming right next to you, but we think that one of the best times to see these amazing sea animals breaching out of the water is right as the sun is setting. Keep your eyes peeled and be ready to catch the most amazing memories splashing out in front of you while sailing aboard the Hooligan. Of course the whales are seasonal, but all of the other amazing experiences are here all year around.

If you are looking to explore a more refined selection of foods to pair with our very tasty wines, we are happy to offer upgraded food options at an additional cost per guest. Please note that all food upgrades must be placed when you book your tour so that our crew has ample time to locally source all of the ingredients and prepare the food before your tour.

Additional food costs are per guest and in MXN Pesos. Please indicate any dietary needs or restrictions when booking.

What Sailing Aboard The Hooligan is like

First things first, safety is our top priority. You will be crewed by a seasoned sailor (and a friendly German Shepherd if you opt in for the pet-friendly experience). The Hooligan is a spacious and very comfortable sailboat that is equipped with safety netting around the entire deck, a swim deck at the stern of the boat to easily climb aboard, and lots of room to enjoy your sail. Down below there is a large galley, two staterooms and two private heads for a complete and very comfortable experience.
